Because they got plenty hp for their level, their max hit is 1 and they can heal you so you wont need food.

4. After getting 40 attack you should go make stronghold of security quest to get money and boots, you better use the money on rune scimmy, and then level your strenght all way to 99 at minotaurs in stronghold of security,minotaurs drop plenty of iron arrows,rune essences and some noted items which will make the hunt very profitable.

5. When you get 99 str you can start slaying everyone at pvp worlds.
